SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Stone Harbor, New Jersey via USPS. Blue Eden and Sea Foam Soap Company by Blue Eden ships to all 48 continental U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1-4 business days from the time the order is placed, with the exception of Special Order items and unless otherwise noted as 'Available on Backorder'. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. We do not process or ship orders on Sunday. 

Please note that we ship Monday-Saturday, and do not count Sundays or US holidays as business days.

RETURN POLICY

Changed your mind or you are unsatisfied with your purchase? Simply return the unused item within 30 days for a store credit or refund. Your order number and the original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment (credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). We do not accept returns on Sale or Clearance items. 

At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item..
